ASSOCIATION OPERATIONS

  • Provide full or part time on-site management
  • Assist with the preparation of the Association's yearly budget
  • Review service contracts
  • Solicit requests for vendor proposals
  • Evaluate proposals and provide recommendations to the Board
  • Meet contractors on-site as needed
  • Provide after-hours emergency assistance
  • Secure appropriate insurance coverage per Association Governing Documents and state statutes
  • Work with the Association's attorney to update Governing Documents when needed
  • Advise Board members of changes and trends in the CIC industry
  • Assist in the production of the Reserve Study
  • Create and distribute newsletter to the community
  • Host Association website
  • Serve as Registered Agent for incorporated Associations
  • Prepare Board packets and attend Board meetings
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Prepare notices and assist with Annual and Special Member meeting(s), to include preparing and mailing meeting notices, proxies, ballots and other necessary materials
  • Assist Committees of the Association
  • Assist with Architectural Review Process
